Transfer Documentation

Before your move to SES, please make sure you have all the required transfer documents and attestations required to register your child with the Sharjah Private Education Authority after joining. To ensure you have everything you need for a smooth start at SES, please follow the document checklist below.

Note: Some documents must be officially certified in your child’s current country of residence before your arrival in the UAE. To help you navigate this process please review the following checklist carefully to ensure you have all the necessary paperwork ready for submission.

The registration process should be completed within 1 Week from date of joining SES.

Mandatory Year 12 Equivalency Certificate
The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) enforces a strict, non-negotiable policy that all students transferring to Year 12 from outside the UAE provide Equivalency Certificate is an absolute must.
Please be aware that without this certificate, you will not be allowed to continue or complete Year 12. Your school registration cannot be finalised and your enrollment will be legally blocked until it is provided.

School Transfer Certificate Sample
You may use the School Transfer Certificate sample provided here as a reference. Please ensure that all the details listed in the sample are included in your final Transfer Certificate.

Please refer to the table on the top of this page to see which type of attestations are required for your year group of entry to Sharjah English School. Note, in some cases you may need to attest it from the Ministry of Education/Solicitor/Education Council, UAE Embassy the country of schooling and/or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah.
